A leading consultancy in emerging Microsoft technologies, Readify conducted an extensive review of the architecture, design and development documentation for our NVivo 7 software. Not only did we satisfy all the evaluation criteria, but we were highly commended for our approach to software development methodology which is based on the widely used Rational Unified Process (RUP).

Our product development is driven by our users
We develop our software products with your needs in mind. Before we begin work, we research changing needs and trends by talking to our users through surveys, interviews, Forum dialogues, industry conferences and our Support team.
Beyond the software design phase, we work with a wide range of users - from beginners to experienced researchers - to fine tune our products through User Acceptance Testing (UAT). We also conduct formal Beta testing programs to allow researchers to work with our software in their normal operating environments.
Support - a process of continuous improvement
When it comes to getting support and giving feedback, we offer a wide range of ways for you to do both. That’s because we’re always looking at how we can improve our products and services. Our comprehensive support services include online help tools, web-based peer support in the QSR Forum, training and consultancy, and direct access to personal assistance via the phone or email. We make it a priority to respond to support queries within one working day wherever possible and regularly review our service through customer satisfaction surveys. Our trainers and consultants are also under the spotlight. Participants can evaluate their performance online.
