Our expert team of international trainers and consultants provide a range of services to help you to get the most out of your QSR software, no matter where you are. Through our work with the commercial, government and education sectors, we understand research in a range of contexts.

Training and consultancy services are ideal for those who are new to qualitative research or to qualitative research software. They're also suited to those who've used previous versions of QSR software and are now upgrading.

Training services

Whether you want a short session or a more in-depth look at our software, there's a workshop to suit you and your organization.

There are a range of training services offered. Take a look:

  • Standard or customized user training for small to large groups can be held at your premises. You'll be introduced to the software and you'll work with its features, using your own data or data from a sample project.
  • Advanced training sessions can be provided to help a member of your team become an expert software user. They'll be given the skills to teach others how to use QSR software, maximizing your internal resources.
  • Standard or customized training sessions can be conducted via the web.
  • One day or two day workshops are held regularly at training venues in many cities around the world. Most workshops include meals, a training workbook and the use of a computer for the duration of the workshop. For a list of upcoming QSR software training workshops search the Events Calendar.

Consultancy services

Highly customized consulting for individuals or groups is also available. You'll be assisted with setting up your project and working with your data. Or, if you're having difficulties, a consultant will work through the issues with you and get your project back on track. Consulting sessions can be delivered over one or two hours or several days.
