The QSR Partner Program is open to organizations around the world, including software resellers and consultancies, and businesses or training organizations that are involved in qualitative research or software. There are three Partner levels in the program: Gold, Silver and Bronze.
Helping your business succeed
As a QSR Partner, we'll support you to grow your business. We do this by:
- Providing you with a range of resources, including brochures, CDs and support. Our aim is to help you to help your customers.
- Delivering value and rewards for your commitment. The Partner Program offers a range of financial benefits and incentives.
To become a 'Partner' you must be accepted into the QSR Partner Program and sign the QSR Partner agreement. Each level of the program - Gold, Silver or Bronze - entitles you to a range of benefits and also has a series of requirements that your business must meet.
You can achieve higher levels of membership at any time, by boosting your sales of our products and services. Each QSR Partner's level is reviewed at least once a year.
Selling QSR products and services
QSR Partners are rewarded for selling site licenses, multiple licenses or individual licenses for all QSR software, including NVivo and XSight.
Invoicing and financial reporting

Accreditation and communication
Along with the use of our official 'Partner' logo, you'll have access to all the tools and resources you need to support your customers and grow your business, including regular information bulletins on QSR products, services and special offers.
Partner reviews
To ensure our Partner Program continues to meet your needs, and that you continue to meet the requirements of your Partner level, we'll conduct reviews at least once a year, usually in July. Your Partner level can be adjusted up or down at this time, depending on your sales over the last 12 months.

- QSR contribution to one marketing or sales event annually to the value of UK £2,000, or US $3,700 or €3,000 or Aus $5,000.
