Customer Support Hours of Operation

Customers on Basic support: 9:00am to 5:30pm Australian Eastern Daylight Time, Monday to Friday*.

Customers on Extended or Premium Support: Basic Support + 10pm-6am Australian Eastern Daylight Time, Monday-Saturday*.
