As part of the repair process, the wizard needs to uninstall and reinstall NVivo’s database component.
If the wizard detects that other programs will stop working by the uninstall process, you will be prompted to confirm before proceeding further.
It is recommended you continue with the uninstall and reinstall process to repair the database component.
Note: Please ensure you restart your computer when you are prompted and then continue with the repair process.
You must be logged on with an account that has full Administrative privileges to use the 'NVivo Installation Repair wizard'.The above instructions are only required where you are opening standalone NVivo projects.
If NVivo is only used with NVivo Server projects in your organization, you don't need to use this wizard.
