Most Software download issues relate to the file not fully completing its download, which means that you'll receive an error message when you try to begin setup.
This can typically be resolved by deleting the attempted download and downloading the file again. Be sure to select 'Save' when downloading the Software, and do so shortly after being prompted to choose – lengthy delays of several minutes in choosing either 'Run' or 'Save' can result in download issues.
If after multiple attempts at downloading the file you still cannot download your file, please submit a support request for assistance.
Note: Broadband internet is recommended for downloading any QSR Software applications or service packs.
