As a licensed NVivo 9 user you'll have access to the latest software enhancements through our regular software updates. They're our way of ensuring you continue to get the most out of your software and our service.
Software updates are available free to all NVivo 9 users, including those using free trial software. Typically, you'll be notified when an update becomes available. If you've received a new notification, or just want to check for updates, complete the form below. Based on your information we'll recommend the most appropriate update and provide you with the link to download it.
Tip: To identify the version number of the QSR software you are using, open your software and go to the 'Help' menu. Select 'About NVivo 9'. The version number will be displayed on your screen.

I think what NVivo does for us at the headline level, is that we don’t have to spend a lot of time reading material from one area to draw a conclusion, we can pull back and have a much higher view of what the issues are from a client’s point of view.
