Service packs are available free to all XSight users, including those using free trial software. Typically, you'll be notified when an update becomes available. Tip: To identify the version number of the software you are using, open your XSight and go to the 'Help' menu. Select 'About XSight'. The version number will be displayed in the top row on your screen.

[Through using the query functionality] I now have much more confidence that all the feedback is there and that we have covered everything, that we have not placed too much store in intuition and memory.
