You will receive this error message if your Software download is not completed. This could be due to a range of factors including corruption or data loss.
If you receive this message, we would recommend that you delete the setup file you downloaded and attempt to download it again. The links to the website pages that contain the Software files can be found below.
Choose 'Save' as opposed to 'Run' when downloading your file, and once completed open the file to begin the setup process. When choosing 'Save', ensure this is chosen promptly, as delaying could lead to server connectivity dropouts. Also ensure you have an uninterrupted, preferably broadband, Internet connection.
