We're always looking for ways to improve our software. Our service packs and hotfixes update your existing NVivo or XSight programs and provide a range of enhancements. They're available free to all QSR customers and some files can also be downloaded by trial software users.
Typically, your QSR software will notify you when a new update is available. If you've received a new notification, or just want to check for updates, complete the form below. Based on your information we'll recommend the most appropriate update, and provide you with the link to download it.
To identify the version number of the QSR software you are using, open your software and go to the 'Help' menu. Select 'About NVivo' or 'About XSight' depending on which software you are using. The version number will be displayed in the top row on your screen.

If you are an existing QSR software user, and you purchase a new computer or rebuild your existing computer, you will need to reinstall the full version of our software. We recommend that you install the most up to date versions, which can be accessed via the appropriate links below:

The use of this software is covered under your existing license agreement and you will need to use your current license key to install the software.
