We're always looking for ways to improve our software. Our minor releases, service packs and hotfixes update your existing NVivo or XSight programs and provide a range of enhancements.
Typically, your QSR software will notify you when a new update is available. If you want to check for updates or install an update manually however, you can do so by using the form below. If you don’t know the version number of your software click here for instructions to identify this information.
If you’re using NVivo or XSight you can identify the version number of the software by opening the software and accessing the 'Help' menu. Select 'About NVivo' or 'About XSight' depending on which software you are using. The version number will be displayed on your screen.
If you’re running NVivo Server 9, you can identify the version number on the ‘Home’ tab in NVivo Server Manager. The version number will be located under the heading ‘QSR NVivo Server’.
Select a Product
If you are an existing QSR software user, and you purchase a new computer or rebuild your existing computer, you will need to reinstall the full version of our software. We recommend that you install the most up to date versions, which can be accessed via the appropriate links below.
The use of this software is covered under your existing license agreement and you will need to use your current license key to install the software.
Heard about our software, but not sure it's for you? Try it for yourself. We offer free 30 day trials of our NVivo 9 and XSight software, and you can request a trial for NVivo Server 9 too.
You can purchase your NVivo 9 or XSight software in either a boxed version or a download version. If you opt for the download version, you’ll save on shipping charges, media charges and some customs charges. We'll generally provide you with the link to your software within two business days.
